All purchases made through Pour Over Lab, a trademark owned and operated by GLN Industries, are final.

We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for any products or services once an order or booking is confirmed.

This applies to:

• Coffee beans
• Drip bags
• Brewing equipment
• Workshops
• Courses
• Any other products or experiences offered

1. Cancellation Policy

All orders and bookings are final once placed or confirmed.
No cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling are allowed under any circumstances.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases.

The only exception is if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

In such cases:

• You must contact us at info@pouroverlab.in within 3 days of delivery
• Provide your order details and clear photo evidence
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement only (no refunds)

Please note:

• Coffee products cannot be returned or replaced based on taste preferences
• Workshops and courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
• Brewing equipment is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or incorrect upon delivery

3. Shipping & Delivery

We work with third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.

Delays caused by courier services, incorrect address, or customer unavailability are not eligible for refund, replacement or cancellation.
