Pour Over Lab is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Coffee beans are packed fresh, so slight delays may occur to maintain quality.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery across India: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Any applicable shipping offers or free shipping will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or message.
  • You can use this to track your shipment directly with the courier partner.

5. Delays in Delivery

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may happen due to:
  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Unexpected logistical problems
  • Pour Over Lab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Delivery Issues

If you face any of the following:

  • Package not delivered
  • Damaged package
  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will review and assist you with a replacement if eligible.

7. Shipping for Different Products

Coffee Beans & Drip Bags:

  • Shipped fresh. No returns based on taste preference.

Brewing Equipment:

  • Shipped securely. Must be reported within 3 days if damaged.

Workshops & Courses:

  • No physical shipping involved. Details will be shared via email/WhatsApp after booking.

8. Address & Contact Details

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • Pour Over Lab is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

9. Service Area

  • We currently ship within India only.
