Most barista courses in Kerala run for a month. A large part of that month is spent sitting down and a large part of the practical time is spent watching someone else practise.
This course is built the other way around. Seventy percent of the four days is hands on. Theory is taught only at the point where you need it to fix something in the cup.
4 days Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 24 hours on the machine maximum 4 students per batch, never more.
